Alexandra Holden Terhalle is a University of Cambridge-certified coach, a Premier Fellow Coach for BetterUp and an international speaker who supports, motivates and challenges her clients and audiences to find their passion, drive and purpose by empowering them to unlock their unlimited potential within.

Alexandra is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a Premier Fellow coach for BetterUp, she coaches for clients at Fortune 500 companies like: Google, Bayer, Accenture, Dell Technologies, Colgate-Palmolive, BP, Mars Inc., Warner Media, 3M, Lego, Unilever, Deloitte Chevron, Anheuser-Busch, HP, Novartis, American Express, among others. She is fluent in both English and German.

As a goal and solution-focused coach, Alexandra enables her clients to make conscious choices and implement meaningful change. She understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and that each client’s journey is unique and different. Alexandra is known for her integrity, energy and exceptional listening and communication skills. She is warm, open-minded and able to gain trust and build relationships quickly and in a sincere and genuine manner.

As an American expatriate, having moved internationally over a dozen times, Alexandra has first-hand experience living and working abroad. She currently lives in Berlin, Germany and is well-versed in managing transition and can empathise and identify with the challenges employees, spouses and families face before, during and after relocation.

At the University of Cambridge, Alexandra has co-facilitated the Leading and Coaching Across Cultures and COF Certification Seminar together with Philippe Rosinski, a global coaching pioneer and world renowned Thought Leader in the area of intercultural knowledge. Alexandra is also certified to administer the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF), a conceptual cross-cultural framework and primary assessment tool, with individuals, teams and organizations.
